Once your order is placed as long as the collection is live we will request payment and once confirmed we will start to pick your items for your parcel and than dispatch to yourself. If the collection is in pre-order we will only be able to start dispatching once that collection is live. A go live date for the pre-order will be during the month displayed on the collection page, we are not able to provide a set date for when shipping will start in that month. All other information about you collection can be found on the collection page and you can also review the confirmation email we sent you at time of purchase.
